Asset Management


O&M and  Repowering 


We provide all advisory services required in the project operation phase, including accounting, finance, taxation, legal, 

and human resources, to enhance the value of customer assets. With a maintenance track record of 376MW in solar power plants, 

we proactively predict and prevent potential issues in aging plants, minimizing risks. 

This includes proposing solutions for utilizing idle land, such as repowering projects. 



We carefully analyze the potential for new solar power plant development and land leasing, as well as smart farm initiatives, on idle land.

Additionally, for solar power plants where the FIT (Feed-in Tariff) program is ending, we participate in repowering projects

to convert them into RPS (Renewable Portfolio Standard) projects eligible for issuing RECs (Renewable Energy Certificates) or into new RE100 projects.


 *  In cases of increasing plant capacity through repowering, a comprehensive review of the distribution lines and permitting processes is essential.

We present strategic investment plans for reliable decision-making and establish long-term asset management strategies to maximize the investment efficiency for investors. 

Maintenance    

Management of power plants and fault analysis techniques by specialized personnel. 

We continuously monitor the operational status of power plants, and in case of any issues, we provide emergency on-site response and submit a detailed incident report.

For each site, designated safety managers directly oversee the facilities. By strengthening fault analysis techniques to prepare for various types of failures, we have established a rapid response system, enabling quick action in any situation.
